Interested in a leadership role at the Innovation Zone? Then becoming a Maker Mentor is the role for you!

IZone Maker Mentors meet Tuesdays from 7:30-8:30pm in the IZone and focus on:

  • Becoming proficient on the various equipment while working on new and exciting projects
  • Assisting with maker workshops, presentations and events
  • Engaging with their fellow UConn Makers
  • Ultimately act as ambassadors of the IZone while advancing the maker culture here at UConn
